Ordering & Policies
Can I change my order once it's placed?
Once the broom is in the air it's hard for it to turn around! please contact us asap if you need to adjust any order or flight path!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Where did you get your recipes?
Our recipes are a labor of love, a blend of cherished family traditions and innovative culinary experimentation. We are constantly refining them to bring you the most delicious and unique anime-themed treats. Although most are just part of the big imagination!
Do you deliver in the rain?
Kiki doesn't mind a little rain, however for the safety of your pastries and baked goods, we might adjust our flight path if a storm is brewing!
How do the treats fly to me?
our broomstick usually covers 10-15 radius, to ensure your delicate treats arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We take great care to package each item securely to withstand the journey.
